Welcome, Samsung Pay

Remember when Apple rolled out Apple Pay this time last year? Apple Pay allows users to make payments using their iPhones, replacing physical credit and debit cards web link. In response to Apple, Samsung rolled out Samsung Pay in early October. Samsung took a note from Apple’s hard inaugural year when designing Samsung Pay. Here’s what you need to know about Samsung Pay:

Where It Works
Samsung Pay works at most places, because it uses both near field communication (NFC) and magnetic secure transmission (MST) to process payment information. Apple Pay exclusively uses NFC technology.

Set Up Your Card
Setup is simple! Just scan your card and enter your card’s verification code.

Make a Payment
To make a payment, swipe up from the bottom of your screen, select the card of your choice and place your finger on the home button for authorization.

Samsung Pay is fairly new, but the payment system has received praise since its release. Are you using Samsung Pay? We want to hear about your experience! Let us know in the comments.
